Website Terms

What these terms cover
These terms govern the Tint Shop Sites marketing site and free-draft request. Tint Shop Sites and TintButler are operated by Boswell Technologies, LLC. These terms do not replace the subscription agreement, onboarding approval, domain-custody terms, data-processing terms, or service agreement used if a shop becomes a paying TintButler tenant.
The free draft
Submitting the questionnaire asks us to prepare and contact you about a private website draft. It does not charge a card or guarantee a launch date, final design, domain availability, migration eligibility, ranking, lead volume, feature, or service availability. We confirm scope, ownership, pricing, and commercial terms before paid service begins.
Your information and content
Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. You remain responsible for confirming shop claims, services, credentials, offers, warranties, photos, trademarks, and other content before publication. A draft is a starting point, not a representation that every statement has been independently verified.
Domains and existing websites
Submitting a domain or existing website does not transfer ownership or authorize a DNS, registrar, mailbox, or production-site change. Those actions require an explicit onboarding record and a verified custody or delegation plan. A customer-owned domain remains customer-owned unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
Website use
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, scrape at disruptive volume, or provide information you do not have authority to share. Product names, artwork, copy, and software remain the property of their respective owners.
Product information
Marketing descriptions explain the intended product and may change as the service develops. A marketing page is not a warranty that every capability is active for every tenant. An executed subscription agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.
Availability and responsibility
The website and draft flow are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Tint Shop Sites and TintButler are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by website interruption, inaccurate visitor input, or services outside their reasonable control. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
