What this covers

This policy applies to the Tint Shop Sites marketing site and free-draft onboarding flow. Tint Shop Sites and TintButler are operated by Boswell Technologies, LLC, and Tint Shop Sites is an entry point into the TintButler product stack. A tenant shop’s customer-facing website has its own privacy policy for that shop’s quote, appointment, and service records.

Information you provide

When you ask for a free draft, we collect the shop name; owner or contact name; email address; phone number; optional street address; city, state, and service area; the kinds of work and services the shop offers; brand and style preferences; template choice; requested plan; and referral source.

Browser storage

The questionnaire saves in-progress answers in browser storage on your device so a reload does not erase your work. After the server confirms a successful draft request, the saved questionnaire is removed from that browser. You can also clear it at any time through your browser controls.

How we use information

We use the information to prepare and deliver the requested private draft, contact you about that request, evaluate onboarding needs, secure and troubleshoot the service, and improve the product. Providing a phone number supports the requested draft and onboarding contact; it does not authorize marketing text messages. Any promotional texting requires a separate, explicit opt-in.

Providers, sharing, and sale

Narrowly scoped hosting, database, security, storage, and communications providers may process information only to operate the service. We do not sell onboarding information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. The current site does not use advertising cookies.

Retention and security

Draft and onboarding records are retained while the request and potential service relationship remain relevant, and as needed for security, dispute, or legal obligations. They are then deleted or de-identified. Access is restricted and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no Internet system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline to submit the questionnaire. To request access, correction, or deletion of a submitted draft record, email hello@tintbutler.com. We may verify the request before changing a record.

Children and changes

This business service is not directed to children under 13. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
